[ You wake to a comfortable silence, warmth and softness surrounding you. The room is dim, but a little light comes into the room. Should you check, the room has an ornate clock that tells you it is still early-- only a few minutes after seven in the morning. Although it should be no difficult task to assess that this room is unfamiliar to you in every way; your last memories will be a bit herder to focus in on. But the haze will gradually lift and you will be left with a few simple facts.
This bed-- this room is not your own. Nor is it the last place you were.
You are not alone. There are at least two other people sleeping in beds like yours in this room.
Now that you are awake it is time to explore. As you do you will realize just how many others there are in this building. Meet with them and you will probably soon realize none of them know any more than you do. Still-- considering the situation it may benefit you greatly to work together.
It is likely that you will see portraits of some familiarity positioned throughout the building as well as some confusing writing posted in each of your rooms as well as just outside of the Ballroom.
Looking around you will notice that you have practically full reign of the house-- with one exception. It would appear that right now the office is locked. ]

[Ok, this..this is worrying. He had woken up looking like he hadn’t shaved, in clothing he hadn’t remembered buying ever, and—]
What did you do to me?
[Were they why he looked that way when he woke...or...]

So you see... living here is important. How you do that-- is up to you.

[Fin’s breath quickens as he instantly goes through memories. Looking for what might be missing. His parents. His kids. His ex. His surfing days. Growing up...divorcing...the affair...the bar.
Nothing feels out of place or missing. But then again, how would he know if his information on the wall was real?]
Why? Wh...what do you get out of my life?!

I simply want to see when given the option... what choice you will all make. If there was no risk or reward, there would be no real pressure to make that choice.

Yeah, he'll probably get in trouble for saying this, but right now? He's a bit too angry to care.]
You're insane.

Even so, you will find that we are not here to cause you any harm. Quite the opposite. If you have troubles, we hope that you will come to us with them. We're here to watch over you after all.
[Connections make these things more interesting anyway.]

[Well that got Ricky's attention. I mean she was paying attention already but now now she's Pissed.]
What the hell?
