Mock Week

[ After the day before, with the reveal of the full extent of the rules and how the game works along with their hosts, the only thing everyone could do was have a meeting with alcohol and go to bed. And when awakened, everything is the same. It's still the large mansion, they're still locked inside, and there's still the idea that they have the choice to murder each other hanging over them. But now the mansion is free to explore to their hearts' content, save for the room under the stairs outside the mud room. All anyone can really do is just enjoy their week and hope for the best. ]

... I don't think anyone would hold it against you after today, but if you off someone and I've got to dig around in their corpse to figure out how you did it, I'm going to punch you, okay?

Ah... I don't think you'll have to do something like that.

I better nooot. I really don't want to, I do enough of that in my day-to-day activities. If I can't heal the person, I don't want to bother with their corpse.

I guess that makes sense. Though you might still have to do that if anybody else shows up dead here.

[ Spoken simply and without a change in his expression. Who was he to judge people anyway? ]

[ His response is just. A high-pitched whine. Do you see the look on his face? The look that says, "why do I have to work if I'm not at war?"

It's the look of sadness and despair. ]

...I can help if it makes it easier.

[ Did Akira Kurusu just offer to help with something dealing with the dead? Yep. Hopefully it's enough to get him to stop looking so despondent. ]

... If something happens, just help me by not being stupid, all right? And not killing anyone? I hate having to do extra work. People are ALWAYS getting injured as it is.

I don't plan to kill anyone anytime soon so... there's that.

[ Dude he gets it. Leader of his own group that goes into another dimension to fight shadows, and knows what it's like to have to do extra work to help his friends not die there with him. No matter how capable he knows they are. ]

People really must rely on you a lot.

You have no idea. I'm a Field Medic in the middle of a warzone pretty much all the time.

[ He sighs. ]

I understand how that can be. Not in a warzone but... things weren't quite easy either.

It's kind of part of why I'm angry they took my powers. If someone got hurt here, I could just... you know. Fix that problem?

[ He is slouching a bit. He's annoyed. ]

That would ruin our hosts' whole plan they have for us, though.
