Mock Week

[ After the day before, with the reveal of the full extent of the rules and how the game works along with their hosts, the only thing everyone could do was have a meeting with alcohol and go to bed. And when awakened, everything is the same. It's still the large mansion, they're still locked inside, and there's still the idea that they have the choice to murder each other hanging over them. But now the mansion is free to explore to their hearts' content, save for the room under the stairs outside the mud room. All anyone can really do is just enjoy their week and hope for the best. ]

Yesterday morning, I didn't know I knew what a railway station was.

[She sets her fingers on the keys, and plays the first 15 seconds or so of... this.]

I guess not.

... guess not. It's too bad there's no violin here, otherwise I'd be able to play on that.

So at least we have one musician here.

[ JUST DON'T ASK HIM TO SING.... ]

Mm. I once helped solve a case related to music and I learned the violin so I could become more like Holmes, since he plays the violin, too.

[voltrounds]

[Ricky's brain is failing to produce information on this Holmes guy, but surely he isn't anyone famous or anything.]

Wait, did you learn how to play the violin just during one case?

[holmesapprentice]

...no, of course not! It took me a while to learn it. Me learning the violin and me solving a music-related case are completely different matters.

Oh. Yeah, that makes more sense.

So what were you wanting to try?

I wanted to attempt playing the song we heard earlier on the piano.

Do you think it'll unlock a door, or something?

It's possible, but it also might not be the case. We never know unless we try, though.
